Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026.

This policy explains what information Stories Unlocked ("we", "this site") collects when you read stories, sign in, or leave a comment, and how that information is used.

What we collect

If you only read stories, we don't collect anything beyond standard, aggregated server logs (page requests, no personal profile). If you sign in to leave a comment, we collect the email address and display name associated with your account (via Google sign-in or email/password), through our authentication provider, Supabase. Comments you post are stored along with that account information.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in between visits. We don't currently run third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes — for example, if we add display advertising — this page will be updated first, and ad partners' own cookie and personalization disclosures will be linked here.

How your information is used

Account information is used only to attribute your comments to you and to let you manage them (e.g. delete your own comment). We do not sell visitor data, and we do not share comment-account information with third parties except our infrastructure providers (Supabase for authentication and data storage, Netlify for hosting) who process it on our behalf to run the site.

Your choices

You can delete your own comments at any time while signed in. To request full deletion of your account data, or to ask any question about this policy, emailthiendh248@gmail.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or California, you may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) under GDPR or CCPA — the same contact handles those requests.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially — for example, when we add advertising or analytics — we'll update the date at the top of this page.
